Welcome to Essential Experiences

The Essential Experiences logo encapsulates everything I hope to share through the “experiences” of essential oils, women’s circles, workshops, and who knows what else in the future. The moon and botanical element represent nature as well as the feminine, and illustrates the union of the two. The meaning of “Empowered by nature” is dual. Nature’s gifts, essential oils, empower us to live naturally and reclaim ownership of our wellbeing. Likewise, it is our right and nature to be and feel empowered, strong, trusting of our intuition. Yet years of societal conditioning have taught us otherwise. That we need to look outside of ourselves for answers, rely on others, ignore the voice inside. The goal of these “experiences” is to help you reclaim your power.

Hi, I'm Rachel!

I'm a former teacher from the US living in the Netherlands with my husband, dog, and 3-year-old (with another on the way)! I've left the classroom to stay home with my son and discovered my passion for natural wellness and essential oils. Now I help others to uplevel their physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness with the simple but powerful tools from Mother Nature.
